This timely book recognises the fact that people with disability of all ages - and other societally devalued groups - are vulnerable when hospitalised and need to be protected while there (in some cases they may need round-the-clock coverage). It is a set of guidelines that can be handed out to a prospective hospital patient, and/or to the person's family and friends. The purpose of the guidelines is to help defend and protect the well-being - even the life - of a patient under hospital care. Keyword: Advocacy, Health
