How should organisations go about adopting person-centred planning? This article explores some impediments to person-centred planning by organisations. The authors believe that it is important for organisations to discuss the ambiguities and barriers that arise, and that such discussion can reveal areas where a more flexible approach is needed, leading to better outcomes for individuals.
