This paper describes a pilot project called the "Ethnic Access Consultancy Project". It describes a series of strategies for improving the utilisation of services by people of NESB with disabilities. The paper includes observations around the project's implementation (this involved four organisations in Melbourne). Also included is a list of 19 access and equity focus areas.
