This booklet gives 'snapshots' of six young Tasmanian students with high support needs who are in inclusive classrooms (infants to college level). The students' teachers share their planning strategies, giving examples of class activities and intended outcomes. The booklet identifies the need for a clear statement of purposes and identifies aspects of teachers' knowledge that influence their planning and gives examples of individual support plans.
