This paper describes the Outcomes-Driven Developmental Model, a school curriculum improvement model which is a comprehensive and clear way to evaluate whether the policies and practices that comprise school life are co-ordinated and aligned in pursuit of desired outcomes. It identifies three areas of school life to which ODDM can be applied - administrative support, community support and teacher support. ODDM offers a school a framework for operating as a fully functioning organisation - one capable of evaluating new ideas and adopting those that are appropriate to its purposes.
