The title says it all! This is an excellent tool kit for families, people with disabilities and all those wanting to create change for people with disabilities. The tool kit came out of a workshop - Developing Advocacy for Persons with Disabilities - which was held in Kingston, Jamaica in 1995. The targets and strategies for change in the tool kit form a dynamic community action plan, placing the ability to create change squarely in the hands of the people with disabilities and others in their lives.
