This article outlines research into the use of musical tapes containing auditory prompts by two supported employees with severe disabilities, with the aim of improving or maintaining their work performance. Both employees were working in community settings. The study demonstrates that an auditory prompting system can be used effectively to improve or maintain work performance. Keyword: Employment
