This is an excellent list of guidelines both trainers of staff and staff themselves involved in supported employment need to follow if they are to positively impact on the emergence of inclusive communities. What is central to the guidelines is that the future employee is central to the development of employment options and decisions; decisions are never within a framework that places the service or professionals at the centre.
