It is unfortunate that it is not known where this article came from because it provides a really great definition of 'community'. Community' is not a static concept. Community is not somewhere you arrive at or are placed/slotted into. This in turn affects the definition of 'inclusion' (see File No. 10783). We can think of 'inclusion' as 'inviting those who are excluded in', but at the same time, the very presence of people with disabilities are helping to build, shape and create 'communities'. So all people are integral to the definition of a 'community' - it is not something that exists in isolation from certain groups of people. Keyword: Inclusion
