"Home at Last" is the inspiring and thoughtful story of two young women with significant support needs and their move from residential settings to a home of their own. It outlines the struggles of their parents to achieve this goal. The book clearly details how personalised accommodation was achieved, with parents Pat Fitton and Jean Wilson committing themselves to work closely with the agency which had agreed to support Kathy & Victoria. The appendices contain much practical and detailed information, including a "Care book" developed specifically for Victoria and a "House book" giving very specific information about the house and appliances. These show the effort made to assist support workers in providing quality support. Keywords: Accommodation, Individualisation
