The authors used in depth interviews with nine parents to gain an understanding of their experiences and perceptions in their quest for an inclusive education for their children with disabilities. All parents saw inclusive education as a basic right. They used a variety of strategies (including legal channels and seeking media attention) when pursuing this goal.
