The National Home of Your Own Alliance was formed to pursue new initiatives in home ownership for people with disabilities in the USA. Collaboration is identified as the key to the program's success, with the Alliance working with coalitions in 13 states. Each project focusses on the individual and their particular circumstances and needs. This article looks at the role of the Alliance and issues regarding financing these initatives.
