This booklet contains issues raised and actions proposed as a result of a statewide forum held in Victoria and attended by professionals and parents of children who have disabilities. It details specific program areas and issues in respite, therapy, education, transition, parent support and recreation, and the priorities for action in each. Barriers to outcomes being achieved are discussed. The booklet has been produced to further facilitate parent involvement in government planning and improving access to services for children.
