The Institute on Disability (IOD), formed in 1988, promotes the inclusion and productivity of people with disability and their families. This has involved working to change the existing systems and providing support for those changes. In this chapter Nisbet (Director of IOD) asserts that engaging in systems change requires an ever-changing vision.
