The article opens with an analysis of the term,"inclusion" and its related themes. There is a discussion on how inclusion calls for collaborative planning and program development in a school's infrastructure. The article also details a three part process for effective inclusion. A model which shows the viability of involving children together, known as the ISA-SPS Project, is also included. The justification of this project makes interesting reading.
