This booklet contains two keynote speeches by John McKnight and Judith Snow. The last 'chapter' is a summary of McKnight's speech. McKnight gives a broad overview of the differences between, and definitions of, 'communities' and 'service systems'. Snow illustrates these differences perfectly through her own personal story. At the end of McKnight's speech, he also tells some wonderful stories about traditionally excluded people who were welcomed back into their community. Keywords: Inclusion, Community Development
